We are committed to delivering your order with intention and quality. All pieces are part of a limited pre-order drop.

Pre-Order Processing
All items are released as part of a pre-order drop.
Pre-orders will remain open for 7 days from the launch date.

Once pre-orders close, production will begin.
Orders will be shipped within approximately 3 weeks after the pre-order period closes.

This approach allows us to ensure quality production and attention to detail for every piece.

Production & Shipping Timeline
Orders will be processed and shipped approximately 3 weeks after the pre-order period closes.

Shipping Times (after dispatch)
Australia Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Australia Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $100.
Shipping costs for orders under this amount are calculated at checkout.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Delays
As this is a pre-order model, delays may occur due to production timelines. We appreciate your patience and support.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
NOTABRND is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
